Hi ,

I could not take caprylic acid either without horrible side effects.

I am now seeing a naturopath and he is cleansing my organs first. I

drink a cleansing tea that cleanses the kidneys, liver and bladder. I

do this for two months as my first phase of treatment. You will

have " die off " but if you really cannot handle it, you may want to

look into seeing a naturopath. That's what I had to do. Everything I

tried, I had a real hard time functioning. Now I am handling this

treatment much better.
