Carey,Be sure to take a good Calcium/Magnesium/D supplement . . . The combination is necessary for either calcium or magnesium to work. You can learn a lot on www.magnesiumresearchlab.comRogene----- Original Message ----From: "DGRAHAMA@..." <DGRAHAMA@...> Sent: Sunday, February 17, 2008 7:04:35 AMSubject: just curious

Carey ~

Sounds like your body is really confused and

hating the implants and the contents of them.

Bless your heart, I know you must be scared,

on top of feeling pretty darn punky. Just want

to tell ya you are in my prayers, and I agree with

Rogene. After proper explant and detoxing, I

feel you will heal. Your body is having quite the

reaction right now, mine did that when I had a

silicone rupture back in the 90's. I lived on steroids

had enough to kill a dinasour. I now have horrible

osteoporosis from it. I was on very heavy

doses for a number of years back then. IV, injections

trigger point injections, and by mouth. Way too many steroids !

Just try to limit them and be sure and eat bone healthy.

God Bless YOU ~ Hugs ~ Dede

Hi Carey,

I am sorry you are dealing with new symptoms. I have noticed some of

the strangest issues have happened to me through all of this. It is

frustrating and scary. Hang in there, get explanted and detox.

I had a high ANA 1:320! I have been told I have unspecified

connective tissue disorder. I was explanted in April 07. My ANA

went down a tiny bit but it is not normal.

I have heard that other women on this board have turned their ANA

around with detox and diet. I haven't yet but I haven't been

explanted all that long.

I also just got tested for food allergies. Out of 50 foods tested I

was allergic to all but like 15! So, my doctor has me on a diet to

eliminate those foods. He feels we can get my ANA lower if I work on

my diet as my body won't be fighting the food I put in it.

I pray you can get explanted soon.

Hugs and Prayers, Lynn

Carey,

My joint swelling is slowly getting better, I have relapses though.

I also have the swollen tounge - sound strange talking (hate when it

happens at work). The only thing I have taken for this thus far is

an anti-inflammatory, Naprosyn.

Ugh, I just hate this auto-immune stuff! I am going to diet, detox

and get rid of mine... I am on a mission.

Carey,

I didn't have problems with my ANA, but my Thyroid levels were high

while I had implants and then went back to normal about a year after

explant. Also my joint swelling improved, my thumbs still swell up

but not as bad.

Lynn,A plastic surgeon showed me figures where implanted women's ANA was ten times what yours is . . . You're doing very good by comparison. . . . Certainly not high enough to freak out about it. It will come down as you heal.Hugs,Rogene
