Guest guest
This is our 4th day on the diet, and my son absolutely can't eat steak or pork chops. He chews and chews and chews and says he can't swallow it. He can eat bacon and sausage. I suspect because it has more fat. Is this indicative of anything. Thanks for any help. Guest guest
Maybe it's a texture/sensory thing. My daughter gags on plain cooked meat unless it's a meatloaf or soft with some kind of marinade. Try some beef stew in the crock pot. The meat will just fall apart. Also marinade some meat and grill it. I love making meatloaf because she will eat that at school all week and I put veggies and eggs and also combine meats. Really healthy. Good luck. Guest guest
Or hide the meat in a pancake or muffin batter.
