Can't eat steak or chops

This is our 4th day on the diet, and my son absolutely can't eat

steak or pork chops. He chews and chews and chews and says he can't

swallow it. He can eat bacon and sausage. I suspect because it has

more fat. Is this indicative of anything.

Thanks for any help.

Maybe it's a texture/sensory thing. My daughter gags on plain cooked meat

unless it's a meatloaf or soft with some kind of marinade. Try some beef

stew in the crock pot. The meat will just fall apart. Also marinade some

meat and grill it. I love making meatloaf because she will eat that at

school all week and I put veggies and eggs and also combine meats. Really

healthy.

Try ground veal.

Or hide the meat in a pancake or muffin batter.
