Good going girl. Keep up the good stuff.

update

I'm sure you all may have been wondering about me for the last several

months after my surgery. I'm hoping that I posted something after I came home

from

surgery inn January, but work has been so busy, I haven't had time to write

anyone. Anyway I've had my 2nd follow up with my surgeon this past Friday

and I've lost 40 pounds in almost 7 months. That's a slower rate compared to

other gastric bypass patients. Most people lose at least 80-100 in the first

few months. But medications from other medical conditions slow me down a bit,

and I don't get to exercise as much as I'd like either. I enjoy water aerobics

and do that about 3 times a week. I feel much better than I use to, but I've

always got something to do whether I'm at work or at time. Lots of times

I have to schedule down time for myself. Anyway I hope everyone is doing good

here, and hope Dave is doing well with being a moderator. I guess I'm the

99% silent moderator. My diabetes is under control without meds now and my a1c

was about 7 back in January. I'm sure it's much better now. I've lost

a total of 68 pounds. 28 before surgery and 40 at present.

I have a question. There's an excellent website to purchase low carb products,

but I can't see the nutritional information on most of the products.

the website is

http://www.lowcarbshop.com

If anyone could point out where they are hiding the nutrition facts on their

stuff, please let me know. I may just have to call them this week.
