DFW, I agree with everything you said in your post. I think that someone who

wants a job in the great ol' US of A has every opportunity to complete the

requirements if they are physically able.

My only comment (and forgive me if I missed this on one of your earlier

posts), is WHO are you? We all sign our posts with our names, not an

abbreviation or nickname only, etc. It is just good etiquette so we all know

who we are talking to.
