As the mother of two chilren, both with chronic medical conditions, I have

become very concerned about the welfare of children in general... both current

and future. I am also concerned about the welfare of our adult population as

well!

And, as a concerned parent that wants to prevent other children from going

through what my children have gone through and also realizing that many parents
