One thing that I absolutely love that is all natural is Kombucha. If you haven't

heard of it, it is a fermented drink that contains many of the types of

supplements we give our kids. It helps with yeast because it contains

Saccharomyces Boulardii, which is a yeast, but a good yeast that combats

Candida. In addition, it contains lactobaccili probiotics, glucoronic acid (what

our liver produces to detoxify), and enzymes. Because supplements are very

expensive and my whole family needs these things as well, we opted to drink this

curious beverage and we love it. It also contains some B vitamins. I brew about

4 batches a week to keep my family in a steady supply. If you are interested I

could send you the instructions and a culture to get you started. It has many

health benefits and most people tolerate it very well. My family has been

drinking it for about a year with no ill effects. You can get die off at first

just like other treatments. We also do other

fermented foods like sourkraut and I just made my first batch of fermented

green beans. (culturesforhealth.com has many reciepes) and you can use a starter

or not. These all combat bad bacteria. You can drink or eat alot of this stuff,

but it did give my daughter diarhea at times when she over did it.

hope this helps
