Hi Tina

No I have never had a m/c. I wasn't even trying to get pg, which I

know is probably frustrating for some of the people on this list serv

to learn.

After doing some more research on line, I decided that I would feel

more comfortable at a university medical center hospital since pg

after corrective surgery is so poorly documented. I have made

appointments for office visit and u/s the last week of Oct which is

making me feel much happier.

I am totally commited to women centered health care, but the midwife

is the one who freaked me out saying I'd need a c-section and why get

an u/s? It was my hippie sister who told me this AM why see a

midwife just to see a midwife is she makes you feel bad.

The university hospital still has a birthing center and midwives, but

also highly educated high risk docs.
