Bad night---need some help

Hi Val and Nick,

I have just added some Armour back into my dosing schedule. It has been exactly

a week today. I am feeling just a little more hypo, not bad but it's there.

Last night tried to go to bed about 10:45, I took my T3 and HC, ate some

almonds, had a glass of milk and tried to go to sleep. I was awake until 2am.

Can you please look at my previous dosing schedule compared to my current

schedule and let me know if I need to do something different with the dose or

possibly the time. I'm thinking that the T4 has maybe not had adequate time to

convert and the little bit of T3 is less than I was taking before. Maybe I need

to hold on a little longer to see if the T4 will start to convert. Or maybe I

need to add some more T3. I have no symptoms of Hyper, just a little Hypo

feeling. I have not had problem with my sleep for quite some time until last

night. Oh, I forgot to mention this morning's basal temp was 96.4. I have not

been that low for awhile but figured my adrenals took a beating last night with

the lack of sleep.

Previous Schedule:

I had been taking 112mcg Cytomel only, basal temps (97.9-98.1), daily temps were

averaging 98.6 or a little above.

25mg HC...10/5/5/5 bedtime Time schedule:am/noon/5pm/bedtime

Cyto 25/25/25/37.5 bedtime

My current T3/Armour dosing schedule is:

25/25/45mg-Armour/37.5bedtime

HC 10/5/5/5

same time schedule

Thanks for any advice.
