At least I've never seen it before. I got it today at CVS (a pharmacy).

It's called The Diet Survivor's Handbook, 60 Lessons in Eating,

Acceptance, and Self Care by Judith Matz, LCSW and Ellen el PhD.

I like the way it's organized, by the 60 lessons. For example it

says, " Lesson #10: keep food with you at all times. When you experience

hunger but do not feed yourself, you let yourself down. " They then go

on to discuss this.

Here's another one: " Lesson #39: Bodies change throughout the life

cycle. Acceptance means finding comfort with your self, and

appreciating the full capacities of your gbody at any age and size. "

Cool, huh?
