Hi ,

yes, really he is Dutch. He could understand you in German because

he also speaks German. (But don't email me in German--I only speak

english, and my husband doesn't have time to read my email!!!) I

think people who only speak Dutch can understand SOME German, but not

enough to have a real conversation.

As for me, yes, I work. I am a phD student in Genetics. I work in a

laboratory all day long doing experiments. I'll likely take 4 to 6

months off when the baby comes. This is easy for me--a student is

only responsible for their own work. Not like a business.

Baby names. Well, nothing 100% yet. We are just thinking about it.

Thanks for asking,

Jill
