I forgot the time line for fluffing

How long does it take for fluffing after surgery

I am not expecting a miracle as

I do not have much to begin with

My surgery was this past August

Thanks,

Sandy,

I did the foot bath every 72 hours, so every three days... I took a multivitamin and calcium, magnesium and vitamin d daily... So guess really that is only 2 days a week... At first I did do them every other day, didn't hurt me any worse, then did every 3 days... I hear that it takes around 75 foot baths to rid toxins out... I believe that since at the end of around 5 months, I started noticing that my baths were not as bad... I did notice that with heavy detox and diet you get more stuff out of you...

Sandy use the Foot Bath it won't hurt and you have it so I would take advantage of it that is for sure...

Sandy . . . Ionic oasis recommends doing them no more often that every 48 hours.Personally, I think that's OK for starters. Then you should limit them to weekly or more to give your body a chance to adjust between treatments. The foot baths pull good minerals along with bad ones. . . Be sure to take extra minerals when doing the foot baths.Probiotics have nothing to do with foot baths. . . You'll probably need them the rest of your life.Hugs,Rogene
