I have to blow dry my tape everyday too, I feel weird standing there with the blow dryer pointed to my boobs! My hubby always looks at me funny. Can't wait to get it off for good because it is starting to get itchy! Well, have a wonderful next 4 days! I know I am going to enjoy my last 4 days of vacation! I'm doing the foot bath on Saturday morning, I'll let you know how it goes. Love, Krista > > Hi Ladies! > > Hope your all having a great holiday! Guest guest
Cherie, I'm glad you are doing better! I tried the Five-Lac a month ago but didn't stick with it long enough to see how it worked. Glad the Three-Lac is working for you. I'm envious of your Secret bra-shopping experience....good for you! Guest guest
Hello Krista! I hope you had a great holiday! Mine was good. My friend Becky who took care of me in Denver cooked, so we went to her house. Of course, I ate too much. I love dark meat turkey! Wow, have my breasts been itching! Really bad again today! But at least it the " healing " itch. My thighs have been itching a bit but their mainly just aching and hurting. I must tell you, if you ever decide to do fat transfers......it hurt like HE**! Having the thighs done is EXTREMELY painful. I had my lower back done and " love handles " and its not too bad.....but the thighs...oh honey.....it hurts!! Sleeping is difficult and I MUST have my pain meds. at Dr.Huang's office was nice enough to send a Rx for more percocet. The bruising is fading and my legs look better however the pain is still there. I know it will take a while for that to get better. One thing I am glad about is that I did do this all at once and when its done.....it done! Let me know how the foot baths work for you tomorrow. I am looking into that too! Hugs to you! Guest guest
Hi Cherie- Glad to hear that you had a good holiday! Mine was nice too. We had another couple over for dinner, and we played some board games afterward. It was really nice. Made me forget about everything for awhile, so that was nice! I'm sorry that you're still in so much pain from where the fat was taken from. I really don't think that I will go back for the fat transfers. My husband doesn't really want me to get any more plastic surgery and to tell you the truth, I don't either! I think I'm just going to have to learn to accept my boobs how they are! It's okay though. Well, I'm still hanging in there. I think the achiness is getting better. I'm still really fatigued and nauseous. Hopefully, those continue to get better with time. Well, I will let you know how the foot bath goes tomorrow! Love, Krista > > > > > > Hi Ladies! > > > > > > Hope your all having a great holiday! Guest guest
Hey Krista, I've been a bit nausea's at time too but Dr. Huang gave me Promethazine (generic for Phenergan), it works great! If they didn't give you any I'm sure if you called her they would give you some. They had really recommend that I take it. Ya know, my breast have not really hurt much. It may be that my hurting legs take over and I don't even notice. They just itch. They've accepted me wearing bra already to, so that's good thing. LOL! I'm still real fatigued too. It gets a little better everyday but I'm still pooped out by mid afternoon. I've been good and taking my liquid organic vitamins and my Threelac with enzymes and probiotics. That seems that's all my body is requesting right now. I agree, diet is so important. Though I did have some pie this week...hmmmmm. Good luck on the foot baths. How are you doing them? What did you buy? Rogene recommended them for me so I'm still researching. I'm getting low on funds if ya know what I mean. And now it's Christmas time....and my car engine light came on last week...yikes! All my friends and family know that my health is the big Christmas gift this year and I will give what I can. How are you feeling, ya know besides aches, pains and fatigue? Are you noticeing that you feel better without the implants? My digestive system is much, much better. My body itching is better too. Hugs to you! Cherie > > > > > > Hey Cherie- Just wanted to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving too! Glad > > to > > > hear that you are doing better. Guest guest
Hi PH, Hope you had a nice Holiday! Yes, it was nice to buy a bra again. I could not wear Secret bra's when I had implants. My implants were bigger than I wanted and the VS bra's made me look like Mae West. LOL! I finally tried Threelac only because everything else my body would reject. I tried the Fungal Defense and and Primal defense and my body said ...NO! I had bad reactions to them. I will stick with Threelac for awhile and would like to try Fungal defense or capylic acid again and see how I do now that the implants are out. I am just starting to notice that my body is getting a clue that the implants are now gone. Some things I can take again, some I cannot as of yet. I will not give up. I have a bad fungal/yeast problem that I have to defeat!! Hope you are doing well! Enjoy the holiday season! Hugs to you! Cherie > > > > Hi Ladies! > > > > Hope your all having a great holiday! Guest guest
Hi Lynn! How are you doing? I have a question for ya, I remember you telling me that you had your fat transfers done from your lower back. How long were you numb? I am very, very numb there. My other sites, like my legs, the feeling is coming back but not from my lower back. Not that I'm complaining mind you...LOL...I'm sure once it does, it may be painful. Did you ever use a heating pad once you had pain? I've been using ice on my legs but I'm wondering if heat would help too. Dr. Huang's office has only mentioned ice. Hope you enjoyed your holiday. Did you go off your diet and have some turkey dinner? Hugs to you! Cherie > > Cherie, > > You sound just wonderful. Just keep getting better girl.:)You said you were 38C Is that your pre implant size. Just curious because I was a 38B and now am a 38D so I have no idea what I would go to after explant if Im getting the fat transfer too. Guest guest
Hi Cherie, We got back to Colorado tonight, I am glad to be home - I missed my kids (animals). I did go off my diet, guess it is time for the caprylic acid. I tried to be good but it was pretty tough. Plus, it was Thanksgiving. Now I am home, I can buckle down again. I saw you had some pie - me too, chocolate pie and a small pecan pie... I was so bad but it was so good. I don't remember being numb. Boy, I wished I had been numb. I had hard lumps where she used the instrument to remove the fat though. I used frozen peas for several days and then I did switch to a heating pad later on. I am sure the numbness is normal but you might want to check with about that and the heating pad. I am addicted to my heating pad, so I don't know if I was supposed to be using it - - I think I did it as a personal choice. : ) You might want to ask about the numb spots as well. I am so happy that you loved your result. I am glad you went to Dr. Huang! Hugs, Lynn Happy Thanksgiving Ladies!> > Hi Ladies!> > Hope your all having a great holiday! Guest guest
Hi Jenn, Good to hear from you. I'm doing pretty good, my friend mr. percocet helps alot! I was a 38D before the implants came out. Keep in mind, I'm still swollen but Dr. Huang wanted me to be in a push up bra by this weekend and the 38C fit the best for now. I figure once the swelling goes down I will probably be B. Before implants I was a B, I just didn't really fill a B, I called it A and half. I really only wanted to be a C with implants but they were bigger, I never really liked them. I hurt from the fat transfers, especially my thighs. It is much more painful than the explant itself. When are you having them done? Who is doing your surgery? Hugs, Cherie > > > > Cherie, I'm glad you are doing better! Guest guest
Hi Lynn, Glad I wasn't the only one who was bad with the sweets! I'm addicted to my heating pad too, it has seem to be the comfort zone for me all along. I have one at home and at work. If the numbing continues, I'll call . Yeah, I'm real happy with Dr. Huang, I'm bigger then I thought I would be. However, I have fatty thighs so she had a alot to work with. She told me not to diet and I have to control myself. I'm really eating and don't want to gain a lot of weight. I'm glad the holiday is over and I can buckle down too! Glad you made it home safely! Hugs to you! Guest guest
Hi Cherie- Yeah, I have the Phenergan too. Unfortunately, if I take it then I have to make sure I have a few hours for a nap, because it really knocks me on my butt! It puts me to sleep immediately then makes me groggy for a few hours after I wake up. I took half of one yesterday when I was nauseous and it just took me a little longer to fall asleep, but still knocked me on my butt. my husband couldn't even wake me up! Most medications effect me this way, so I have to be really careful. I had the foot bath done this morning at a health food store. I highly recommend it! I might purchase one of Ebay here soon because I plan on doing it weekly or every other week. I couldn't believe the crap that came out of me! Yes, I'd say overall I feel better after explant. Some of the symptoms disappeared immediately (brain fog,) but I still don't feel even close to normal, I know I have a long way to go. The aches and pains are getting better every day, now I am just dealing with the fatigue, the digestive problems (nausea, diarrhea, etc.)and just the overall " sick " feeling that I've had for about 9 months (difficult to explain.) I feel like I am on the right track though. Well, I'm glad to hear that you are feeling better! I bet as your thighs and back heal from the fat transfer, the fatigue will start to get better. Sometimes when the body is in pain, it is spending so much energy on dealing with the pain, that it doesn't leave a lot of excess energy. So, I bet as those heal, your energy level will go up. For me, I think it is my digestive system that is really holding me back now. We're getting there though! One day at a time! Love, Krista > > > > > > > > > > Hi Ladies! > > > > > > > > > > Hope your all having a great holiday! I've haven't posted in > a > > > couple > > > > > of days and a bit behind. Guest guest
I hope all of you using pain medication have researched the rebound effect of pain medication. It shuts down the hormones in the brain that help with pain, thereby increasing the pain incrementally. So, if you take pain medication, eventually your pain increases and increases. The only way to get rid of the rebound effect is to gradually wean off the pain medication and let the endorphins in your brain start working again to control the pain in your body. Also, every pain medication is a toxin that adds to the toxic load on your body. Just thought I would give you the info. It is yours to do with as you will. Guest guest
Hi Cherie, I am having it done as soon as I get the almost 10k LOL. With Dr. Haung. I really like what I have seen and heard about her and with the option of fat transfer I feel like I will look better immediatly after and longer too hopefully. My original reason to have implants was like you to just be at a C cup but my ps used sizers and put in 525cc HPs that are just too uncomfortable for me. I used to workout alot and have stopped because of them. I was mostly concerned about the shape of my breast and wish I would have just corrected the areola and lifted them with no implant. Im hoping once they are out and Dr. Haung does her magic I will have what I origianlly was trying to achieve. Its so nice to here from you all that have been to her. Im really gratefull for this site. Luv Jenn--- In , " cannst42 " <cannst42@...> wrote: > > Hi Jenn, > > Good to hear from you. I'm doing pretty good, my friend mr. percocet > helps alot! Guest guest
Jennaloo2-Can you help me understand something? I was going to get implants, but than ran into this board. But you can answer me something- I'd noticed that women tended to stop exercising once they got implants, and I'd wondered why. You alluded to it in your message, but what is the exact reason? Does it hurt to exercise? If they get in the way, how do you mean? Like you can't make arm movements? Or are they heavy and burdonsome? Too hard to cover in workout clothes? Does it have to do with that "distortion" people talk about? Is that a feeling or a look or both? Thanks,Ballerina Re: Happy Thanksgiving Ladies! Guest guest
Hi Ballerina, Most of the women I know with implants continue to work out. I worked out 4-5 times a week before implants. After surgery, I had to take off 4-6 weeks. When I started back up my arms were in agony. Even to do a simple crunch hurt my arms. I eased up a bit and eventually got back into my routine but found that my endurance and motivation was never quite the same as pre-implant. Post explant my balance, coordination...everything...is off and I am lucky to get through a session of yoga. I know I'll get stronger and bounce back but it is truly amazing how implants wreak havoc on your body! - PH > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi Ladies! > > > > > > > > > > > > Hope your all having a great holiday! Guest guest
Hi Ballerina, I was very shocked after I got my implants at how much it hurt in the beginning. I dont know what it would have been like for someone with smaller implants but mine are just over a pound a piece at 525cc, So the weight made it feel like I was smothering by them especially when I did step aerobics. The easiest thing for me now is running because of the constant same motion by body can adjust a little better, but Im not as strong as I was before implants in any type of excercise. It has lowered my stamina because its harder to get where I want to be physically so I sorta gave up. I dont know if I really gave up or if I just want to feel lighter on my feet again so I can pursue my fitness goals again after explant. Also laying on my back doing butterflys like on a step I have lost range of motion as to how wide I go out and I need a lighter weight. I would tell anyone who wanted them to check for other options first. I really just needed my shape fixed and got implants and now am not happy with my choice. Take care Jenn-- In , Ballerina Breastaug <ballerinabreastaug@...> wrote: > > Jennaloo2- > Can you help me understand something? I was going to get implants, but than ran into this board.
