The way we always get samples - since is older, and we had to do

this many times a day on keto. We bought a sitz bath at the drug store. We

put this over the potty. I tell her we are using the " camper potty " . For

some reason, even though she is not potty trained, if I am persistent enough,

I can get a sample this way. Had to do this 3 times a day on keto. YUK!

Also, I get her up before she has a chance to really wake up, and get her to

the potty. >>

Having had been on the keto diet ourselves....I can relate to Betsy here....I do

the same thing Betsy with one of the disposable bowls I found during christmas

time that fits very nicely under the toilet seat - if I'm really wanting a

sample NOW...I then put Jess's foot in a bowl of warm water - works every

time....especially with that first morning pee....What can I say...great minds

work together :-))
