Jaycee,

If you ever do make it here, maybe you'll know far enough in advance that you

could attend one of our PLS/HSP " connections " . The last 3 years, we've had

them in several places across the country.

I'm sorry, . When I posted my welcome to Corrine, I didn't realize

that you were also new to the list. Please accept my apologies for slighting

you--it was not intentional. Somehow, I missed seeing your " arrival " . You

will find that this wonderful group of caring, knowledgeable and generous

people will offer support--immeasurable.

Dolores (PLSer in CT)

Welcome Moshe:

I thoroughly enjoyed reading your history and admire you for your positive

attitude and determination. I feel that is what gets many of us through these

trying times with this disease.

I was diagnosed in May/02 and am using a four-wheel walker to get around. I am

in the process of looking for something motorized for longer jaunts as my legs

seem to be tiring much more. I also go to therapy to help maintain my muscles

and am a real fighter and not about to give into this disease.

Keep up the positive attitude and will look forward to hearing from you again.

If you ever make a trip to Ontario, Canada please get in touch. I would love to

make a trip to Israel but unfortunately I find it too difficult to travel alone.

My best to you.

Jo!
