Guest guest
Hello everyone, This is a reminder that the Texas EMS/Trauma Registry 2003 database closure date is April 1, 2004. This means that EMS and hospitals must have all of their 2003 records sent to the EMS/Trauma Registry by April 1, 2004 in order for those records to be processed into the system. Frequently Asked Questions: " How can I tell what data the EMS/Trauma Registry has from me? " Log onto the online EMS/Trauma Registry System and check your Submission Status page. The only records that you will get credit for will be those records listed as " Accepted " . " What if I sent some data and it does not appear on the Submission Status page? " There are many reasons why your data may not have gotten into the EMS/Trauma Registry. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions about your data (512/458-7266). " How do I access the online EMS/Trauma Registry System? " Contact us to find out how to get signed up or to get your logon information resent to you (512/458-7266). Sincerely, Andy Blum EMS/Trauma Registry Specialist Texas Department of Health ext. 2809 Website: http://www.tdh.state.tx.us/injury/ <http://www.tdh.state.tx.us/injury/>
