Val's Vitamins

Hi Val,

Your vitamin sounds like it is probably really good, but in W.A we

do not have the brands you mention, so I have no idea what is in

each, in what doses. I wondered if you would be so kind as to list

what is in them, and how much, so I can look for equivalent

brands here.

Sure, here goes!

B Stress Complex: Thiamin 50 mg, B-2 50mg, niacin 100mg, B-6 50mg,

folic acid 400mcg, B-12 250mcg Biotin 100 mcg Dosage suggestions 2 a

day, I take 1-2 depending

E-400: 400 IU of vitmain E, dosage: 1 a day

Sodium Selenite: 250mcg Dosage 1 a day. (I take 1 every other day)

Calcium Citrate: Vitamin D (from fish oil) 100IU, Calcium 600mg,

magnesium 300mg, zinc 15mg, copper 1 mg, manganese 5mg, Suggested

dose: 2 a day, I take 2.

Vitamin C: C500 Mgs plus bioflavinoids. (there are many brands of

this, all of them I think are pretty good.) I take 1-2 a day.

Vegetarian Support: vit A 15,000IU, Vit C 300mg, VitD 200 IU, VitE

100IU, B-1 50mg, B-2 50mg, niacin 50mg, B-6 50mg, folic acid 800mcg,

B-12 250 mcg, D-biotin 300mcg, pantothenic acid 50 mg, calcium 100mg,

iron 18mg, magnesium 50 mg, zinc 18 mg, selenium 100mcg, copper .5mg,

manganese 10mg, chromium 100mcg, potassium 99mg, bioflavinoid complex

100mg, L-lysine HCl 100mg, L-methionine 100mg, taurine 100mg, PABA

50mg, coline bitartrate 50mg, inositol 50mg, betaine HCl 50mg,

spirulina 50mg, chlorella 50mg, rutin 25mg, L-carnitine 5mg.

Dosage: 2 a day. I take these less frequently than the others usually

1 every other day, sometimes I go 2 days without.
