Welcome and thanks for posting. I daresay this list knows more about WW than

most leaders, and we're available 24/7...more or less. Stick to the program

and it will work. You'll get to 170...but you've got to persevere. But you

can do it....one day at a time, no guilt, and move on.

Thanks Diane,

I turned to this group after only attending 3 meetings as I felt like the

meetings I attended were trying to sell me WW products...the meetings didn't

really feel like a support group. I've been reading posts for a few weeks

now and you all have helped me so I figure it is time for me to pitch in.
