Hi Leanne- Yes, I am so happy to have this all behind me. Now I

finally feel like I can move forward and get healthy! Let's see...

My implants were under the muscle. I'm not sure why they are smaller

then they were before I had the implants, some have told me it is

because the implants were squashing my breast tissue and that it will

take some time for the tissue to " fluff " back up. But, my PS surgeon

told me that I had A LOT of scar tissue, so I'm assuming she had to

scrape (sorry, not trying to be graphic) a lot of that tissue out,

which was my old breast tissue (how sad is that?)I'm going to ask her

at my next appointment.

The drains really did not drain that much (but I definitely DID need

them.) They drained a lot the first night, some the second night and

not much the third night. I had them removed on Monday, after having

them for 3 days. I'm really glad I did have them because I can

definitely see the benefits of them.

My implants were crystal clear! I actually have them here at home with

me, isn't that funny? Dr. Huang gave them to me in a zip lock

baggie.....hehehehehe....They look great, just hard to imagine those

plastic bags were inside of me for so long!

Yes, she got ALL of the capsule! I'm sure the surgery took a bit

longer so that she could get all of it. If she wasn't removing the

capsule, the surgery probably would have only taken a half hour, but

it lasted an hour and a half, because she was careful to get

everything out.

Let me know if you have any more questions! Oh, and don't be scared,

because I promise it's not that bad! The worst part of it all was when

the drains came out (oh and seeing myself for the first time,) but

everything else was a breeze!
