Guest guest Posted December 23, 2003 Report Share Posted December 23, 2003 Hi Helen, IgAN absolutely does NOT always end up with End Stage Renal Disease where you need either dialysis or a transplant. Only between 30-50% of us will ever get to that point. The majority die of other natural causes at old age without ever needing dialysis.
