Guest guest
I've only posted to this site once or twice but I've been following stories and get a lot out of that. I am finally ready to begin a new IVF cycle but my RE's office has so many patients that they can't fit me in until Jan. UGH! In the meantime I asked if I could try a round of Clomid (I have a UU with one clear tube on the left side). Well, I tried that and when I went in for my check up, nothing, no eggs anywhere. I have been very optimistic until just now and wanted to know what people do to keep themselves going when confronted with disappointments. My first IVF cycle worked very well so I try to keep that in mind but it seems so far away. Any keep from going crazy stories?

(((((((())))))))), I am so sorry that this was a disappointing cycle. I know how frustrating it is when you feel optimistic and your body throws you a curve ball. It's no fair. I'm sorry that there were no happy eggies waiting for you, but take comfort in the fact that lightning will not strike twice next month. I'm sure you will have much better luck next month. It is always disappointing to lose a month of ttc, but try not to beat yourself up about it. Keep that positive attitude you had. You will still be able to ttc next month and perhaps you will not need the IVF cycle in January...shall I send you some Cheetos to get you through the next few weeks until your next O day? Huge hugs to you, hang in there! Sara SU resected, ttc
