[OSSB] blind couple I know needs advice

This is the kind of problem where sighted help is perhaps the best. There

should be many volunteer groups locally to assist and / or friends and

nearby folk to help.

Many places have senior centers where if no formal help exists would

nonetheless be a place where friends would be happy to help. It would get

the person out of the house and getting a bit of exercise to boot. Many

also have meals so the testing could be done related to them also.
