Guest guest
So what if this went to a jury trial. The people on the jury are not going to be all law enforcement experts. we can discuss this with the video we know. " a picture is worth a thousand words " . Wasn't is you who brought this up? sean On Friday, Dec 19, 2003, at 16:27 US/Central, Steve composed: > Exactly. WE are just gossiping. For the record, I was referring to YOU, not the trooper. You are the one who is judging others, yet condemning them for the same behaviour. You aren't the only experienced Law Enforcement Officer on this list. Rob
Guest guest
The Issue here is not for us to judge I am a FIRM beliver that Exepince and Training do play a IMPORTANT ROLE in how any officer would react to the Situition A officer of 5 years may react one way vs a officer 10 or 20 years of exepince might handle the situation same in EMS a EMT basic whos new very little exepince may handle a pt or a problem one way vs a person whos been a emt basic for four years theres a diffence in the way the person may have been taught or trained

So long as the OHP plays the medias game, they conveniently have no interest in the story. Cover ups are okay, so long as they suit your agenda.
