,

At the bottom of the emails is a link to 'Visit your Group on the Web',

click that one, log in, and you can remove yourself from the list, one

other thing to consider is that rather than removing yourself, try

changing your settings to get all posts in ONE daily email, that'll keep

your mailbox from getting flooded...:)

Question

Does anyone know how to take your name off the sending list.....I tried

sending an email to where it says but it still continues to send me

emails and my mailbox is getting overloaded.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Prevent your inbox from daily flooding- go to the groups website:

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group//

sign in with your Yahoo ID if you're not already signed in, then go

to " Edit My Membership "

then, under " Message Delivery " , select " No e-mail- I'll read

messages at the website.

Then- nothing comes to your inbox.

The only thing I can think of is Echinacea... and Zinc. Possibly Goldenseal, as well. Not a "B" word though. LOLMSers need to avoid things that boost the immune system. Our immune systems are out of whack/overactive already so boosting actually make MS worse. Maybe the "B" word was boost??? roflhugs)))SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. The slight variations in spelling and grammar enhance its individual character and beauty and in no way are to be considered flaws or defects. What was the name of that ingredient in vitamins that we as MSers are suppose to NOT take. I think it started with a B or had a B in the name but I can't remember the name of it to save me!!! Wonder why I can't remember? LOL!!! Want to go get a daily vitamin and want to make sure it does not contain that "thing" we are not suppose to have. Thanks all!

I did a search for articles in the article databases at the university, and could only come up with this (see abstract etc below) from the Neurology journal. It's not exactly new (23 years old), and (perhaps more to the point), the result of the study was that there was no proven effects of hyperbaric oxygen on MS in the study. Sorry!love/RebTitleHyperbaric oxygen therapy in chronic stable multiple sclerosis: Double-blind study. AuthorsHarpur, ; Suke, Ralph; Bass, ; Bass, ; MD, CCFP; Bull, ; Reese, Lionel; MD, FRCP; Noseworthy, ; MD, FRCP; Rice, ; MD, FRCP; Ebers, ; MD, FRCPAbstractArticle abstract: We carried out a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO) in patients with chronic stable MS. Eighty-two patients were treated in a multiplace hyperbaric chamber with gas supplied by mask. Forty-one patients received 20 consecutive daily treatments of 100% O2 followed by 7 "booster' treatments in the next 6 months; 41 control patients received 'air' (12.5% O2 at 1.75 atmospheres absolute). There was no significant difference in treatment and control groups in the Extended Kurtzke Disability scores, Kurtzke Functional scores, magnetic resonance imaging, or evoked potentials after the initial 20 treatments or after the boosters. HBO is not effective in treating chronic stable MS.JournalNeurologyPublisherLippincott & Wilkins, Inc.Issn00283878Year1986Volume36Issue6Pages988-991>> > Has anyone used hyperbaric oxygen therapy for MS? I was watching Opra and they had one of those hyperbaric chambers on there and talking about how it was used for stroke patients. I got online and was researching its applications. There are several articles on using it for MS so I thought this smart group might have heard of it. > > Debi>

Hello ; Getting a large tooth like that pulled is not fun, for that

matter, neither is a small grin; I just prayed for you, and asked The Lord Jesus

to take care of you whilst particularlywhen you gave to go to get this

nessessityfinished with. Take care and remember often it is not as painful as

we imagine it's going to be! Cheers; Ken B
