Guest guest
I gave it a peak and didn't even read the article thru as nothing there appealed to me to begin with ;-) Like its such a surprise that fast food items entice thru tasty fats and carbs?!? Heck when I eat my fats and carbs (and I do too), they are the home made type and much more to my tastes, not something that is set up to appeal to a fast food junkie! Katcha PS we really need to rename the food police the nutrition nazis!! LOL!! > > Hi Everyone, > > > > I thought this article was hilarious. Guest guest
I love sparkpeople's recipes, but hate their 'stop eating' approach lol! > > Hi Everyone, > > > > I thought this article was hilarious. Guest guest
First, I am not offended, but I would like the group to respect my request about this. I would like to ask that we do not use the phrase " nutrition nazis. " I would prefer that we not make light of the term " nazi " and everything that it implies. I'm not mad or hurt or anything, and I don't want to start a big " thing, " but I feel strongly enough about this that I thought it was important that I said something. Guest guest
This is SO dumb! I read a little bit of it but didn't see why the author decided those items were " bad " or " the worst foods " . In all honesty those items made my stomach churn but that's only cuz I have some idea of what they taste like and they didn't appeal to me one bit. However, it seemed to me that they ended up on this list because they were loaded with calories and fat. These items seemed to be the kind that would appeal to a person that is always feeling deprived as a result of dieting. Just my two cents. > > > > Hi Everyone, > > > > > > > > I thought this article was hilarious.
