Well, Fed X requires adresses, if the Claus Citchens WERE to send

cookies....... never have mailed any, so have no idea what they'd

look or taste like after travel :)

Peggy and Vicki, you don't know how much I appreciate your input and

the fact that you guys had enough on the ball to ask those questions

when you did. Peggy, where your doctor gives those 3 hypotheticals--

I can absolutely, 100 % rule out one of them. I was correctly

diagnosed. By the book, at a teaching/research hospital. So, that

leaves the other 2 possibilities........ I think I could say I had a

great remission for 24 yrs- tell your doc:) and now, as you

know, " they " say I have fibromyalgia. I'm definitly in a flare of

something or other right now- lower back is no better, but did get a

bit of a massage. Can hardly walk when I get up from the chair, then

limp around.Tender elbows and an ache like a bad toothache in one

shoulder- comes and goes. I felt so good for a week or two after I

finally got over that lung and sinus infection... I'm keeping up with

the exercise, but could only do 12 minutes last night and pushed

myself to do 20 min this evening-on the exercise bike. Couldn't

handle much tension on it though.Sort of wish I hadn't done it

tonight...... popped a Vioxx and hope it helps a little. One more

interesting thing I read in the conference transcripts: in people

who've had PM a long time ( remission or not, don't know) the " form "

of the disease can change. I'm not sure what was meant by that- but

imagine it might refer to non-classical blood test results adn

various symptoms and possibly a different clinical picture than that

of classic myositis. But, like before, I hope this goes away. I seem

to be in this pattern of sorts..... hope y'all sleep well tonight,

and I'm so happy for you Jacqui!!!! WE're as close as a click or a

keystroke :)
