It did ok in a cake I made ( lemon) and was even perfect in it. I tried to treat it as a substitute for sour cream and melted some in a soup and it tasted like vinegar. Gross! We are making another batch with half and half. I believe Lucy at Lucy's kitchen told me to do that. My biggest struggle is the loss of cream. We love cream soups.
