Guest guest
ok - new to all this but I was looking over past blood work and decided to try and calculate my ratios. Did I do them correctly? I'm guessing I can't do anything about it until I address my adrenal issues. I started IsoCort today - but felt very dizzy, shaky and tired - not sure if that's normal for my first day on IsoCort. Back in 1995 while on Synthroid my FT3 was 2.4 and RT3 was 330 - I think that's a .7% ratio - is that right?? If so - probably explains why I felt like crap. Eventually I completely stopped Synthroid and have been untreated for the past 10 yrs. Jan 2008 (while on NO treatment) my FT3 was 2.7 and RT3 was 195 - that looks like 1.4%?? That just doesn't sound right. In Aug of 2009 just after starting Armour FT3 was 3.3 and RT3 was 203 - 1.6%??? I'm really thinking I'm calculating the ratio wrong. Guest guest
You're not doing it wrong, just move the decimal over one space to the right. Your RT3 looks like it was measured differently. Back in 1995, your ratio was a 7. So then in January 2008, your ratio was a 14. The goal is over 20.
