Guest guest
This is what I found at DWLZ.com, but the post has now been removed. This isn't carved in stone, but it most likely is correct. < 150 20 151-174 22 175-199 24 200-224 26 225-249 28 250-274 30 275-299 31 300-324 32 325-349 33 300 < 34 I believe the next issue of WW magazine will have more info on the program. I think it comes out maybe in August? I'm hoping that it has the new daily points listed. > RE:Point Ranges > > > Did the point ranges change for 2003? If so, can someone share > them. Guest guest
Hi there ! I'm sorry, but I missed your initial introduction to the list, so here's my belated welcome! If no one here answers the question quickly, you might try www.dwlz.com. This is Dottie's Weight Loss Zone if you've never heard of it before, and it's probably THE number one weight watchers site out there. She keeps it really updated with all the latest info so you might find what you're looking for there. I don't know the answer since I follow WW in The Netherlands, where we don't get a points range. Just a set number of points per day. Again, welcome to the list! Beth " Sweat " <rsweat@p...> wrote: > Maybe I need to re-phrase. Guest guest
Wow, The Netherlands, what a beautiful part of the world. One of my choices of places to visit someday! Thanks for the suggestion. Guest guest
Thanks. I surprised to see the minimums reduced. I'm having problems getting all my points in already. Does anyone know the thinking behind the change? RE:Point Ranges > > > Did the point ranges change for 2003? If so, can someone share > them. Guest guest
Well, I believe that the NEW program that has yet to be officially announced will also allow 35 " flex " points that can be used any time during the week. Technically, the minimums were " upped " with the opportunity to add additional points if needed. > RE:Point Ranges > > > > > > Did the point ranges change for 2003? Guest guest
It has not been announced. I asked my WW leader and she said that she is not supposed to discuss it yet. --- " Sandberg " wrote: Well, I believe that the NEW program that has yet to be officially announced will also allow 35 " flex " points that can be used any time during the week. Guest guest
Part of the problem is that many people are staying at the low end of their points range. So with exercise, they are actually undereating since they aren't using the AP's, which actually slows down the rate of loss. It probably has something to do with getting you to a higher minimum to help with weight loss. Actually, I've had better success at the top of my points range since I exercise frequently, so it does make sense. According to the below, my minimum will go up 2 pts.
