Friends,

Just to clarify - no insult intended on the use of " Xmas "

vs " Christmas " (or any other sensitive topic I might not always

recognize when making a post)! As Asp has suggested, my use of the

word is FAR more to haste than having any deep significance (!)

Of course, being an International board with members all over the

world, I have no doubt that there is a wide variety of religious

belief here (some Christian and some not). Different people will

pray in different ways....and people will interpret their experiences

in different ways. Some will rely solely on an existing faith, and

some will use their experience (cancer and other) as a learning

experience to deepen their spiritual understanding. None

are wrong, it is all a matter of what works for each. I firmly

believe that " Positive " experiences can be had in a variety of

different ways, depending on the unique psycological makeup of each

individual.

Those interested in exploring these ideas in greater depth might like

(not to open a new can of worms with that one!)

Regardless of your religious orientation, I will just say that I wish

each and every member of this group a joyous holiday season with

friends and family...and I hope that the new year will be a happy one!

Best Wishes,

I respect all points of view...whatever " works " for YOU is what

is " right " !
