[Cross Post] Call taking outline

Howdy all,

We are in the process of adding a call taking component to our new hire

training process. Normally we do this as OJT but we feel we can

probably get more out of starting this in a controlled environment and

then when they hit the floor they are a little more prepared. Anyhow,

my question is does anyone have an outline, syllabus or lesson plan for

this type of class that they would be willing to share? If so could you
