SURVEY - TRAINING TIME FOR NEW DISPATCHERS

Hello everyone -

Once again I come looking for everyone's experience. We are a small

department in southern NH. We have 7 full time dispatchers and a dispatch

supervisor; approximately 30 police officers. We dispatch police, fire and

rescue.

I am looking to find out how long your department trains new dispatchers.

If you could also let me know the size of your department, it would be

appreciated. Also, if you dispatch police, fire and/or rescue.
