Guest guest
We had alot this week. A fudgesical at camp. 'Foreign french fries.' On Fri. he ate strawberries. I noticed he was 'off' the whole day...less verbal, repetitative speech...and then I read the listserve about strawberries. He's been eating them for years and they may have been contributing to his issues! Yesterday he snuck a hot dog at the swimming pool. So by today, he's crying over everything, pale, eyes are droopy and he's out of it. He had more non gfcf food this week than he's had in the entire 3 months he's been on the diet. So, what do I do? Today he's been by the book. Tonight we have ragu with my meat added and potato spagetti for dinner with an ALTA bun for a roll subs. I feel so badly, and yet I really don't know if it was the food or the strawberries. Sorry for the length.
Guest guest
About the only thing you can do is " wait it out. " Stick religiously to GFCF and wait for thing to calm down. This may take a few weeks, so be patient. Amy in MI
