Thank you for the warm welcome!

I love all of the great ideas for breakfasts because my dh works from home

and I always have to make him breakfast, too. Unfortunately while a yogurt

and some fruit and granola works for me, he can't stand yogurt, so I am

stuck trying to come up with healthy alternatives. Fake eggs just gets dull

after awhile. I found some pancake recipes on WW and I made one today and

froze the extras. (Silver Dollar Pancakes with Warm Raspberry Sauce but I

used blueberries. I'd recommend skipping the cornstarch because it made the

sauce a bit gluey.)

Thank you!

Thank you Kathy. We have not started SCD yet. I wanted to

experiment for a few weeks, replacing legal foods for his starchy

GFCF diet. Because he seems to require so much food, I wanted to

make sure I could keep him at least almost satisfied before starting.

Now I can't wait to get going and decided that Mother's Day presented

a beautiful irony here.

On the D and C. question - I don't know what to call what he has. He

goes only every 2 to 3 days and then has a bit of formed stool

followed by soft. Sorry for the detail.

I also forgot to mention that I tried the peanutbutter pancakes and

he spat them out as well. Maybe if he gets hungry enough . . ..

Thanks again.
