Guest guest
I'm short too. 20 points will be hard on weekends. During the week I think I can do it. Maybe that's why I'm not losing. At night I usually am up to 18 points after dinner and then I eat more, like I'll have an English Muffin and an ice cream and that would bring me over 20. So the english muffin at night is probably a bad idea!

Guest guest
I'm from down around Springfield. I am also short 5'4, but since I weigh more I get more points 24-29 right now. I feel fine at the 24 mark and am not hungry, I know that is 4 points more than you, but it's only 200 cals more. Is your stomach actually growling for more food or is it your mind saying your hungry? Have you tried whole wheat (real whole wheat, not the stuff that says whole wheat and only has 1 or two grams of fiber) pasta products? Those will really fill you up. Along with something like beans and brown rice, low points and very filling and both are carb filled. What are you eating for each meal? Can you send us a sample of your food journal? Good luck, Moe Illinois and 20 points > I am in Moline, Illinois. Part of the Quad Cities on the border of Iowa right on the Mississippi River. Where are you? > > As for the points range.......I am in the 18 to 23 range at 5' 1 " . When we convert to the new system though I will be at 20 points. I find it very hard to survive on 20 points. I have to make sure I get tons of activity points just so I can eat, it seems. Even that becomes difficult though since I am a runner and I barely have enough energy. Today I am trying a different mindset and checking out ALL the 0 point items in the WW book. Part of the problem too is that I can eat veggies until I'm blue in the face and I still don't feel full. I need carbs to make me feel that way. I hate to sound negative but it is a real problem for us short people. Does anybody have any helpful suggestions???? > > Pam in Illinois > >
Guest guest
I thought the point ranges were based on weight, not height. Is it different in the states than it is here in The Netherlands? We have a set number of points per day, but it's based on your current weight. The only time height comes in to play is when determining your goal weight. If you're a runner, then I'm sure you earn at least 4 points when you go running. That's 22 points per day. Beth " Pam " <plguss@m...> wrote: > I am in Moline, Illinois. Guest guest
You actually will have more points available under the new system. 20 points a day will be your minimum and you will have 35 flex points a week. If you use them 5 per day than you can have 25 points a day. Charlie > Illinois and 20 points > > > I am in Moline, Illinois. Guest guest
When the new plan goes into effect, you'll also get 5 flex points. If you divide them equally, that'll be 25 points per day.
