Can someone help me figure out popcorn points? I'm not sure I'm doing this

right . . .

Orville Redenbacher 94% Kettle Corn . . .

per 3 T unpopped or 3.5 cups popped (half the bag):

120 cal, 2.5 g fat, 4 g (max.) fiber = 1.803 points (round up to 2)

The label says the bag holds approx. 7 cups popped, which would be approx. 4

points, right? But every time I pop it, I get 9-10 cups. So do I triple the

points per serving for 9 or 10 cups popped? Or do I count it as the label

says, figuring on 7 cups popped?

Why on earth do they say 7 cups popped if a bag yields 9-10 cups? sheesh!

Does anyone have a good formula for figuring this?

thanks,

Bette in CA,

The serving size on the box is for 3T-which they say makes 7 cups popped; but if

you look at servings per bag-it makes two. Therefore a bag should make 7cups x 2

servings= 14 cups popped.

You can figure out how many cups you get out of the bag and then use the one cup

information which is: 20 cal; 0 fat & less than 1 g fiber.

So if you get 9-10 cups out of it- the whole bag= 4 points.
