The nut butters come first (see www.pecanbread.com stages). When you try

a nut flour I recommend pecan. We had big

phenol issues with almond and I don't use it at all. I made so many

different pancakes at first but finally found the favorite.

The Midas Gold Pancakes. Easy and good. We put cashew butter on top and

my daughter just inhales them! You need to

introduce according to your child's bowel issues, sensitivities, etc.

Just ease into it as you see fit. If something doesn't work,

take it out. I have had to do that since the beginning because this diet

will show more of the sensitivities.

I have been a mom for almost 14 years and a mom of a disabled child for

almost 10. It is still hard for me! I worry, stress,

everything you are talking about. Don't feel bad, you are not alone! We

support you and totally understand what you are

going through. Try not to worry too much because the beginning is tough

but it will get easier. Be easy on yourself, you are

doing a great job!

Lynn,

I egg (XL), one big rounded tablespoon of peanut butter. it won't totally

blend with the egg but will in the cooking.
