I think I am going to the medical supply store on Monday. I went there last month and sat in the parking lot and started to cry and turned around and went home with out going in. Stupid, huh? Here's something I haven't told anyone: when I was still in San Diego and still waiting for a diagnosis, I would drive to the supermarket, get out of my car, and couldn't control my urinary sphincter muscle. Work is hard...the regular toilets are so low, it's awful! I haven't had that happen yet, but I have had to stop on a short trip to the store to go to the bathroom and have had a quite a few near misses though!!! Times like that make me wish I was a man!!! I went to my daughter's swim meet in August and I usually feel safe at the schools but would you know that there was not ONE handicap stall in the locker room in this school? I have had to learn to stand!!!! It is quite tricky but it is either that or I would still be there because I don't want to yell for help while I am half naked!!!! Also a peeve, I go to use a public bathroom and have to wait for the handicap because everyone seems to prefer them and waiting with a week bladder-oy vay!!!!
