Guest guest
Has anyone on this group tried the slow releasing T3 prescribed only by the physicians practising the 's syndrome protocol? How does it compare to the Cytomel? Veena.
Guest guest
My doctor does the wilson's protocol it lowered my Rt3 from 42 to 31. My ratio is still off. I didn't notice anything good or bad from the protocol. It seemed " weak " to me the potancy of the meds that is. > > Has anyone on this group tried the slow releasing T3 prescribed only by the physicians practising the 's syndrome protocol? > > How does it compare to the Cytomel? > > Veena. >
Guest guest
Hi Veena, I have not seen a 's syndrome Dr. but I have taken the compounded slow-release T3. I was on it for approximately three to four months and still found that I could not get my temps up. I have recently switched to Cytomel(3 1/2 weeks now) and my temps have been normal ever since I started. I was also on a much higher dose of the slow-release than I am currently on with the Cytomel. I was up to 150mcg of SRT3 as compared to 112mcg of the Cytomel. So, from personal experience I can say that the slow-release T3 appears to be much weaker than the Cytomel. Hope this helps. > > Has anyone on this group tried the slow releasing T3 prescribed only by the physicians practising the 's syndrome protocol? > > How does it compare to the Cytomel? > > Veena. >
