This time last year I was saying how greatful I was that the lesions were "just on my arms", but now they have migrated to my face. I just think I've about got them all healed and I get more. Prednisone cream worked nicely on my arms, but I don't use it on my face because it can thin the skin. I have an antibiotic cream, but for the most part I use good old bag balm.
