Lori,

I wasn't aware of any distinctions. Interesting....

My Endo never said anything, just that my irregular and sometimes

skipping heartbeat would go away on ATD's, which it did.

Back in the old days when mine was going crazy, I would lie still and

take deep breaths. That could help it sometimes...

I haven't been to a cardiologist or anything though, sorry, I dont

know more.

Hi Lori...mine were called Pre-ventricular contractions and they often felt

better if I did something like jog in place for a few minutes...somehow that

helped regulate the beats. Hope you feel better soon.

Ruthie:

Yes, yes, and yes- that is what I have! Except I have a lot of them(24

hours a day), and yes I do feel better when I excercise. It seems hard

breath (like I can't get good air) and don't know if that the heart or hyper.

How long until your skips went away ( and did you do RAI or meds) I am

on the PTU (5 weeks)and feel better in some ways but as far as breathing

and the heart-still waiting on that.
