Well, it's going to take many, many months to get you to come off of them. It's not going to be easy and relapses are going to happen. It's the trying that has to remain steadfast. I know you can do it. You have the POWER girl !!!!! Ok, now you have my interest peaked about the hands... good explanation. I was just looking at my poor baby finger that has become bent and is now twisting inward a little. Really makes me mad. They were fine until I got off the Enbrel. I would be interested to see an xray on OA. You're right about the insurance companies. They do tend to hamper the doctors. When I had Dr. Kempf, he was a little fighter for his patients. Use to tell me that he LOVED taking on a minimum wage office person who wanted to tell him what was best for his patients. Dr. Kempf would win each time.
