Guest guest
<<I'm looking at getting a personal trainer for a bit to help get me over a hump so I'm more consistent with my workouts and to learn some more about free weights..>> Hi Serene, Some fitness club memberships come with free trainer evaluations and exercise plan. I did this when I first started working out at the gym. I got a free consultation & was asked what goals I had in mind. From there, the trainer put together an exercise program for me. It included cardio, weight machines, free weights, and floor exercises. After 6 weeks, I received another free consultation, and my exercise program was tweeked to best suit my needs. You might check into this. You might not necessary need to pay for a personal trainer. Rhonda Y. rhonda.yeager@...
Guest guest
Bally total fitness gyms that I go too offer personal trainers, but it costs extra. I have seen advertisments inside the faciility about them. What they offer, there names, how to call them, etc. I dont know the rates, but they are not that cheap. This depends on where you are though. You need to go to a fitness club and inquire about this.
