Hi Melody,

I have pizza about once a month. When I do eat pizza, I go shopping after

eating, which means a lot of walking, and my bg's are always normal.

You don't always have to give up your favorite food, just eat a small amount

once in awhile.

hugs

Eunice

dont help much and I just was like I just have to have something different..

will try harder and might try that veggie recipe. thanks Melody:)

How about a jalepeno and sardine pizza? High in sodium, but garunteed
