Guest guest
" Last week we went to 's. I ordered plain grilled chicken, no bun, no condiments, nothing. " Penny, I really hate to be the bearer of bad news when you are already stressed as it is, but here are the ingredients in the " plain " grilled chicken breast at 's. Ultimate Grill Fillet Chicken Breast with Rib Meat, Water, Seasoning (Salt, Flavor, Maltodextrin, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Citric Acid, Chicken Broth, Corn Syrup, Disodium Guanylate and Inosinate ((flavor enhancers)), Soy Sauce ((soybeans, wheat, salt)), Honey, Mixed Triglycerides, Modified Corn Starch, Safflower Oil, Sugar, Thiamine Hydrochloride), Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Modified Corn Starch, Sodium Phosphate (emulsifier). As you can see from reading the list, it is far from plain and definitely not SCD legal. I'm sorry. Packing Kenzie's lunch is probably the only way to make sure his lunch is legal.
