Guest guest
In regard to hip pain. I have had SEVERE nighttime hip pain for years now and I've been told that it's everything from my tailbone to the degenerative lumbar disks to my imagination(snort). When I'm sleeping, if I roll onto my back, I wake up in excruciating pain and am almost paralyzed, I have to wake my hubby to roll me back over and it takes several minutes for the pain to subside. Now I sleep on my side with my one leg bent and propped waaaaay up on pillows, so that my hips are pretty much even. Getting a softer mattress (old one was extra firm) has also made a big difference. I also take 10mg of Flexaril at bedtime. This problem started with my pregnancy and has never resolved, going on 5 years now.
