Elvira -

You can get WaterOz liquid calcium, magnesium and zinc. They are all

clear liquids and fairly bland tasting (very similar to water). I

have used all of these and they are great because they are totally

disguised in a drink. I bought mine at www.herbalremedies.com but

you can do a search on the internet and find them elsewhere.

I checked Kirkman's. There are no legal liquids but they do have the

Calcium Powder you could mix in a drink. Also they have the Magnesium

Citrate Powder that dissolves in a drink. (that is what we are using along

with mag. sulfate cream). They do have zinc cream also but the liquid is

illegal. Compunding get's really expensive. I think absorbing through the

skin is good because it does not have to go through the liver.

WaterOz does carry legal calcium, magnesium and zinc and they are

great because you can put them in any drink and they are

undetectable.

" Where can you get WaterOz? "

Type WaterOz into Google and you will find several places that you can

order it online.

Our local HFS has been carrying it for several years.
