Guest guest
Hi all, My friend whose child has Asperger's is reading my book, even so, I do not know whether xanthum gum was listed as bad or good in it. Does anyone know? What about pork rinds and my friend wants to know about garbanzo bean flour later on in the diet. Thank you!! Guest guest
Hi Joanie, Xanthum gum ( all gums) is illegal. Plain pork rinds , with no illegals, are legal. Garbanzo beans are illegal. Also, Elaine no longer recommends using bean flour.
