I got turned on to IE at the beginning of the year and believe in it 100%. I started seeing a nutrition therapist for my varying eating issues and her practice is all about IE. It is really tough but I've been learning a lot about myself through the journey so far. The nutrition therapist is quite expensive though and I can not afford to go see her as much as I would like so I was looking for a support group to help me in between sessions. That is when I found you guys!!! I can not wait to really get into the group and start another chapter in becoming a true Intuitive Eater!
